（1） Monolithic intact fireproof glass

Monolithic fireproof glass is a kind of fireproof glass with single-layer glass structure. Adhere to the fire resistance integrity within a certain time, block the open fire and toxic and harmful gases on the fire facing surface, but it does not have the effect of temperature insulation and heat insulation.

Fire protection principle of single fireproof glass: when a fire breaks out, the fire facing surface and back surface of general glass will form a large temperature difference in an instant. Under the action of such temperature difference, strong uneven thermal stress will occur in 1 or 2 minutes, resulting in glass breakage. Even the glass after physical tempering will be completely broken in 3 or 5 minutes.

The monolithic fireproof glass has passed the high-temperature ion exchange chemical treatment process for more than 20 hours, which makes it have the characteristics of low thermal expansion rate.
