The fireproof glass consists of two glass layers, a fireproof liquid layer, a surrounding sealing adhesive layer and an anti splash film layer. So how is the fireproof liquid of grouted fireproof glass made? Let's have a look.
The optimized chemical tempering method is adopted for the glass layer, and the new cesium ion containing tempering agent is used to improve the exchange rate of sodium and potassium ions in the glass and increase the depth of the stress layer to 40 ~ 90um.
The fireproof liquid layer is made by adding nano silver particles, and its components are calculated according to the weight percentage as follows: sodium dihydrogen phosphate 3 ~ 5, sodium tetraborate 5 ~ 7, tetraethyl orthosilicate modified epoxy phenolic resin 40 ~ 42, brominated o-benzene anhydrous acid 20 ~ 22, diphenol A epoxy resin 15 ~ 17, polyamide 8 ~ 10, mixed coupling agent 5 ~ 7 and nano silver 2 ~ 4.
The preparation process of fireproof liquid is as follows: weigh sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium tetraborate, epoxy phenolic resin modified by tetraethyl orthosilicate, brominated o-benzene anhydrous acid, diphenol A epoxy resin, polyamide and nano silver sol into a certain amount of deionized water, mix at the speed of 2000r / min for 30min; Add tetraethyl orthosilicate modified epoxy phenolic resin to the solution and mix at the speed of 5000 ~ 6000r / min for at least 1H; Then add silane coupling agent and mix at the speed of 2000r / min for 1H; Filter the mixed solution with 300 ~ 400 mesh screen, and the resulting filtrate is fire-proof liquid.
The quantitative inclined pouring process is adopted for the fire liquid, and the process flow is as follows:
Firstly, the tempered glass shall be cut and polished according to the size requirements, then the glass to be assembled shall be cleaned and dried, and the inner and outer surfaces of the glass shall be treated with silane coupling agent KH570; Apply uniform special silicone adhesive on the glass spacer and bond it to the inner and outer surfaces of the treated glass, and seal the periphery with flame-retardant structural adhesive; A grouting opening (generally 20-25mm in the long side direction) shall be reserved on the glass spacer for grouting, and the prepared fireproof glue shall be poured into the cavity. After the fireproof glue is completely solidified, it shall be sealed and sealed.
