There are several kinds of composite fireproof glass, one is sandwich composite pouring fireproof glass, the other is sandwich fireproof glass, the third is special fireproof glass, the fourth is hollow fireproof glass, and the fifth is high-strength single-layer cesium potassium fireproof glass.
Precautions for use
As a new building fire-proof product, composite fire-proof glass is adopted by more and more buildings, but there is no special standard and standard for the design and inspection of this kind of products. The author believes that the following three aspects should be paid attention to in the design:
1. The application of fire-proof glass to the design of curtain wall and partition is not simply to change the non fire-resistant materials used for curtain wall or partition into fire-resistant materials, nor is it all right to replace ordinary glass with fire-proof glass, but to consider it as a fire-proof system.
2. The fire resistance rating of fireproof glass curtain wall and partition can only be determined by comprehensively considering the fire resistance rating of various factors of the whole system. Subjective speculation may make mistakes, and detection tests shall be conducted if necessary
Composite fireproof glass is a kind of transparent laminated composite fireproof glass which is common and popular in domestic and foreign markets. The utility model is composed of two or more layers of flat glass with transparent fireproof adhesive sandwiched in the center. The strength of its fire resistance mainly depends on the function of fire-proof adhesive.
Fireproof adhesives can generally be divided into two categories: inorganic materials (sodium silicate or also known as water glass) and organic materials (acrylamide and flame retardant, etc.). China's manufacturers of fireproof glass widely use inorganic materials as adhesives to manufacture fireproof glass. Because of its cheap and rich raw material resources, it can be cured at room temperature or below l00 ℃. When the fire glass is in fire, the adhesive will be quickly foaming and swell, forming an adiabatic fire-resistant and heat insulation foam layer, which can absorb a lot of heat. If broken in case of fire, the broken glass sheet can be bonded to maintain the integrity of the fireproof glass without hurting people.
