Composite fireproof glass is composed of multi-layer glass original sheet and water-soluble inorganic fireproof glue interlayer, which meets the requirements of fire integrity, fire resistance and heat insulation at the same time.
The fire prevention principle of heat insulation fireproof glass is that in case of fire, the special transparent chemical substance in the middle of the heat insulation composite fireproof glass absorbs a large amount of heat in the flame and foams and expands, and becomes opaque white at the same time, which can effectively prevent the heat generated by incineration
Conduct from the fire face to the back fire face, and prevent the heat radiation of the glass fire face flame from transmitting to the back fire face. In this process, the glass remains intact as a whole, forming an effective barrier that can block the diffusion and spread of high-temperature toxic gas caused by flame, smoke and incineration.
The heat insulation and heat radiation protection functions of the composite fire-proof glass can protect the escape or rescue personnel in the area behind the fire surface of the glass from the invasion of high-temperature heat and the burn of heat radiation, and prevent the combustible materials and articles in the area, such as wood products and carpets, from being ignited by high-temperature and heat radiation within a certain time.
Composite heat insulation fireproof glass has a strict definition. It requires that the average temperature rise of the back fire surface shall not be higher than 140 ℃ within the required fire prevention time, and the temperature rise at any point shall not be higher than 180 ℃.
The application of fireproof glass to the design of curtain wall and interval is not simply to change the non fire resistance data used by curtain wall or interval into fire resistance data, nor is it all right to replace ordinary glass with fireproof glass, but to consider it as a fire protection system.
The fire resistance rating of fire-proof glass curtain wall and interval shall be determined by comprehensively considering the fire resistance rating of various factors of the whole system. It may be wrong to speculate subjectively, and it shall be determined by testing if necessary.
When designing and selecting composite fire-proof glass, pay attention to the corresponding relationship between the size of glass plate and fire resistance rating.
